Patagonia Elite October 4^th Results

The season final is over!! Teams were all jockeying for position to make the championship and try and chase down the AOY crown. Anglers were blessed with an amazing day of sunshine and wind.  Fishing seemed a bit tough for most of the field, but some teams found them. Taking the top prize was Shan & David with 11.46# and the events largest fish a beautiful 5.86# donkey. In the second spot was Mike & Ri.  They had 11.42# and the events 2^nd largest fish tipping the scale at 4.96#.  The third spot was claimed by Brandon & Eddie. Brandon fishing solo managed 11.03# of patty bass!! We want say thank you to all the sponsors that help make this happen Vinny’s Pizza, Spencer Construction, and Dave’s Custom Rods!! Thank you!! Also thank you to all the teams that make this circuit so fun and competitive. We couldn’t do it without you.  We will be posting all the qualifiers and AOY winners soon!!

Patagonia Elite July 26^th Results

We are 6 events deep and everyone is chasing a spot for the championships. Teams arrived to a hot and crowded Patagonia Lake only to be surprised by the park shutting down one side of the ramp due to low water. It slowed things down, but everyone made it in. Finding the elusive giants and grabbing what I believe is their first victory was the team of Jerry & Bill!! They had 11.22# and the events(seasons) largest fish smashing the scales at 7.62#. In second, was the AOY leaders Brett & Ryan with 10.54# and the events 3^rd largest fish a beautiful 3.81# specimen. Grabbing the third spot was Brandon & Eddie with 10.35# and the events second largest fish weighing 4.04#. Thanks to everyone for coming out and to all of our sponsors. We couldn’t do it without you!! Stats are up on the website. The AOY continues to be close with some front runners extending their lead. Don’t forget you must fish 8 events total plus the final event to qualify for the wild card draw. See everyone in a couple weeks.

Patagonia Elite April 12th Results    

Spring is in the air along with the Palo Verde bloom, which means its prime time for fishing!! Elite anglers were excited at sign in with anticipation of the day to come.  The lake did not disappoint. 11 teams brought in fish over 4 pounds. It was an impressive fishing day for most.  The team Shan & David climb to the top of the mountain with a stellar bag of 15.66# and the events’ second largest fish at 6.31#. An absolute tank.  In second was the team of Brett & Ryan. They had a stout bag of 13.23# and a 5.11# giant that didn’t even crack top 3 for big fish. The third spot was grabbed by the AOY leaders Jacob & Karl. They had 12.39# and the events the 3rd largest fish which sent the scales to 5.39#.  The top big fish honors went to the new team of Kyle & Tom. It was a 6.43# fence panda! Thanks to everyone for coming out and to all our great sponsors. We could do it without any of you!
